Whom was your greatest influence when you started riding?

A friend of mine got his first bike 2 weeks after me. Since then he has dumped it 3 times. I really don't want to catch up to him on that lol.

I never really had an influence, just a natural desire to ride and stay undead.

Well I'd been riding a few years already but after seeing On Any Sunday in the theater when it first came out it was Steve McQueen the King of Cool as well as Malcolm Smith Smith and Mert Lawwill but Steve was da man.
Steve was just too cool, not just a movie star chick magnet but also a great driver and excellent bike rider. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

My Dad. He bought me my first bike. He taught me basic mechanic skills.
He taught me the value of a dollar. He took me out to ride (even when he had better things to do). He was patient. I can still remember him riding the Lil red and white Honda home. I miss them both.
